The terms and conditions stated below must be accepted and agreed by every guest. By making a reservation or booking for the Room Package, the Guests are deemed to have read and understood the Terms and Conditions. Supreme Hotel reserves its right to change, amend, add or delete any of the Terms and Conditions without prior notice.

1. The Room Rates are inclusive of 6% Government tax, 10% Service Charge & RM2.00 Heritage Charge.

2. The Room Rates are without breakfast.

3. A Deposit of  RM50.00 is required upon check-in.

4. Check-in time is after 3:00 p.m. and check-out time is at 12:00 p.m.

5. Extended check-out time i.e. From 12:00 p.m. To 6:00 p.m. will be charged at RM10.00 per hour which is subject to Room's availability. In addition, Extension of stay AFTER 6:00 p.m. is subject to a full day's Room Rate.

6. Room Reservations will be held until 4:00 p.m. unless guaranteed by payment.

7. Extra bed will be charged at RM50.00 Nett per bed per night without breakfast.

8. No surcharge for child under 12 years of age and occupying same room and sharing bed with parents.

9. Super Peak surcharge applies on Eve/Public Holiday in Malaysia and Singapore.

10. Rates shown are in Ringgit Malaysia(RM).

11. Rates are valid from 01st December 2014 until further notice.

12. Rates are subject to change without prior notice.

13. With the current regulations by the Ministry of Health Malaysia, smoking is not allowed in the hotel premises.
